Club Business:

 

         42 paid active members

         Checking account:  $2,831.24 

         Dues were due In December $30 / $35 / $20

         See Larry Saunders for information on discounted subscriptions to Astronomy and Sky and Telescope - There has been a change in procedure -

         5 Club Scopes available for use by members (dob [being rebuilt], refractor w/ Ha, SC, PST CaK, ETX 90)

   See Vice President John Dedecker for more information about borrowing a scope.

 

(Executive Council) Members at Large, appointed by the President, shall not exceed six (6) dues  paying Members, and shall be confirmed by a simple majority vote of the General  Membership at the annual Business meeting.

            Members at Large will be appointed (by the President) shortly after the annual election of the new President at  the November General Business Meeting and shall be confirmed by the General  Membership at the December General Business Meeting.
